Cloud Street was founded in 2016 by Sabine Horner, a mission-driven strategic communications expert, committed to creating innovative, targeted communications campaigns that educate, prompt action, and change behaviors. Throughout her career, Sabine has worked with grassroots community organizations, government agencies, political groups, membership associations, and emerging and established nonprofits to help them reach their goals and achieve real, positive change. Her work has spanned a diverse range of sectors, from public health and education to arts and culture and community development. 

Born in Washington, D.C, Sabine spent 18 years in Sydney, Australia, beginning at age eight. She has lived in Sudan, Israel, Botswana, England, and Scotland, moving back to the United States in 2008. She currently resides in Brooklyn, New York.

Sabine holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Art History & Theory and an Honors Degree in Art History & Theory, both from the University of Sydney. She earned her Master's Degree in Public Relations & Corporate Communications from Georgetown University.
